The hero is a Mestri (one who heads a set of workers on site). Sasikanth plays this role relatively a new face. And those who exploit the labor force are contractors, played by Babumohan, Narra and others, all working under the patronage of the minister Satteyya (Kota). The rest of the film is packed with the confrontation between the minister and his men and the hero in different garbs. The police finally suspect that this Mestri is the same man who is after them and punishing them. Rest goes in beaten track. The hero is given the company of a TV journalist who goes on shooting for her channel all the activities of the villains. This comes to her rescue when everything goes to court.
