Inspector Vijay(Krishna) recieves Rastrapathi Award for his best services to public. Ranganna(Satyanarayana) felt proud of his son when vijay was honoured. Ranganna was a thief killed vijay's parents for money when Vijay was a kid, Ranganna realizes what a big mistake he was done to vijay and adopts vijay as his son.
