Davinder Singh is a respectable man who lives a peaceful life in New Delhi with his wife and three kids. However, the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by two Sikhs on 31st October, 1984 changes things for him, his family and the entire Sikh community.

With bunch of several angry mobs on the streets searching for and killing each and every Sardaar they spot, will Davinder and his family survive the night? Or will it be a tragic end for them just like the other innocent families?

Review: The script is straight and simple, most predictable for obvious reasons since many of the audience catching up the film have a fair idea about the incident and its aftermath. Though the filmmaker has added a couple of things in order to make it unique and interesting but largely he has failed to deliver something extraordinary as the script has very little to offer.
