Ammo Bomma is comedy based movie in which, Ram Babu (Rajendra Prasad) is mimicry artist and he collects various types of dolls. His good friend, Sowmya, comes from America and brings a doll for Ram Babu. Gangaram dies and his soul enters into the doll which Ram Babu possesses. With the help of the doll, Gangaram takes revenge on his enemies.
