Karthik(Naga Chaitanya) is a rich handsome guy who completes his studies and comes back to India. One fine day, he spots Nandu(Pooja Hegde) and falls head over heels for her. Sadly, it is the other way round for Nandu, who has bitter experiences every time she meets him. One fine day, Karthik proposes to Nandu but she rejects him point blank.
Twist in the tale arises when Karthik’s parents get him engaged to Nandu. What will Nandu do now ? Will she reveal her hatred towards Karthik to her parents ? and how does Karthik change Nandu’s mind and win his love ? That forms the rest of the story.

It is an absolutely refreshing movie.Simple story bt totally enjoyable.The comedy is good n d climax is excellent.The acting is fabulous and Pooja with her fabulous performance seemed like a seasoned actor.The songs and the dance by Chay is excellent.D music is peppy n 1 feels like tapping d feet and dancing 2 d music.A must watch.

Oka Laila Kosam is entertaining and heart touching love showed by karthik.Chaitu performed very well in the roll of karthik.His expressions are good in the emotional scenes. Pooja is cute and performed well up to her limit.Ali did a wonderful role in the film which is entertaining.Director Vijay had deposited another hit in his account.

OLK actually has some obliging situations and interesting pair but regrettably the screenplay and treatment have no idea what to do with them. First half of the film is flat, whereas the drama in the second half doesn’t hold. The outcome is yet another case of “had potential couldn’t deliver”, a syndrome that Telugu cinema is blight with for quite some time now. To cut the long story short, “Oka Laila Kosam” starts promisingly, bringing on some grins, but those grins vanish faster than it takes to “say cheese”.
