Mantra(Charmi) gets a job in Hyderabad and shifts to the city. There, she lives as a paying guest with an old couple and leads a very happy life. Things get worse when some unidentified goons try to kill Mantra in her house. An upset Mantra takes the help of her college friend and police officer(Chetana Cheenu) to nab the criminals.
An investigation kick starts and the police team along with Mantra reach the place where she lives. As soon as they reach there, everyone gets a huge shock. What is that shock ? Very boring horror movie...not at all scary..i think mantra 1 was only good ..First half is very boring and second half is little interesting. Charmi's acting is good but....There could have been many thrilling scenes according to the movie..but there are none. Screenplay is very boring..Better to watch it on DVD rather than on big screen.
