Its look like Kamal Haasan is getting ready to stir up the same hornet's nest that adversly effected the release of 'Vishwaroopam'. To remind you, Kamal Haasan planned to release 'Vishwaroopam' through DTH simultaneously releasing in the theatres, but he had to back down after several days of stand-off between him and the distributors(& theater owners). The movie post-poned for several days on this issue alone. And according to the latest news, Kamal Haasan is planning to release 'Vishwaroopam-2' through DTH simultaneously to the theatrical release. If he can't do that he wants to implement this innovative idea for the US release of 'Vishwaroopam - 2'.'Vishwaroopam-2' is being made as sequel to the first film. The sequel is a continuation of the story of original film and retained all actors of the original movie. 'Vishwaroopam - 2' is expected to be released very soon.

Comedian Ali's upcoming project, 'Ali Baba Okkade Donga' featuring him as male lead and Suja Varuni as the female lead, is getting ready to be released soon. According to the latest news, the dubbing works of the movie have started.The movie is directed by Phani Prakash. According to the director, the movie is being made as a comic thriller with the story of a person who wants to become a police officer but becomes a theif thanks to some unexpected turn of events. The movie also features other prominent names of Tollywood like, Tanikella Bharani, Shafi, Duvvasi Mohan, Ram Jagan, Kondavalasa, Rama Raju and Pridhvi along with others in some key roles in it. The movie is produced by Boddeda Sivaji under the banner of Kamal Cine Creations and the music is provided by Sai Srikanth.

Its look like Varun Sandesh is more concerned about the number of movies he will be able to do rather than the number of movies that are successful in a year. Since, 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' he hasn't had a proper successful movie, yet he is doing as many projects as possible. Many people considered him one of the few talented heroes coming up and one to watch out for among all the young heroes. But he hasn't been able to live up to those expectations and his story selection has a major part in that. He presently has 5 projects in some stage of production or post-production and he has agreed to another project which is launched recently in Hyderabad. The new project is named 'Naatho Vastava'. The movie will be made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada. Ravi Raj is directing this movie while it is jointly produced by Mani Kumar and Ajay Surya under the banner of Benchmark Movies. Speaking to the media on the occasion of the movies launch, the producers have said that the principal shooting of the movie will be started on 14th October in Vizag and thereafter the shooting will be done in Bangalore, Ooty and Chennai. The director has said that the movie is a love story with musical drop and also revealed that the six tunes of six songs have finalised in music sittings in Aruku Valley with the music director of the movie Chakri.The production team reveals that there will be two female leads in the movie and they are yet to finalise the names. The movie also features Ali, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Kondavalasa, Suman Shetty along with others in important roles.

The upcoming movie of Sri Hari, which also features Bhanu Chander's son Jayanth is getting ready to undergo cuts in the hands of Censor Board officials. The audio of the movie was released in the month of June. The movie features Swetha Basu Prasad, Sanjana and Gurlin Chopra as female leads in the movie. R.V.Subramanyam will be making directorial debut with this movie, while Banuru Nagaraju (Jadcharla) is producing this action entertainer. The movie is said to be an action entertainer and the producers have said they are planning to get the censor works done very soon and release the movie soon after that.The movie was made under the banner of Sitharam Films. Sri Vasanth is the music director of the movie.

Many of the audience may not know that, every trailer of every movie is also undergo censorship, just like the full movie, before getting released to electronic media , in TV channels and on internet. And its looking like 'Doosukeltha' has set an unwarranted records for being the first movie whose trailer is referred to review commission after being rejected by the first censor official. And the reason for the first censor official to reject a 'U' certificate for the 'Doosukeltha' trailer, is reported to be the commonly used Telugu word 'Dobbey'(which is also being used in many movies very frequently). And the concerned censor official who refused to 'U' certificate to the trailer is said to be Dhana Lakshmi. Previously also many producers are reported to have complained to the Censor Board on this particular official for showing unwarranted yardstick in censoring a movie. What is more interesting is that the same censor official also irritated Mohan Babu during the censorship of 'Denikaina Ready' too. Presently, the trailer is on the table of review commission and the production team is awaiting for a review by them.. The production team is now also worried about the censoring of full movie as it nearing its release date of October 11th.

The Hollywood project of musician turned director R.P.Patnaik, "AMY", is releaseded on 1st of this month in DVD and VOD. R.P.Patnaik revealed this information in a facebook post of his. He said "Excited and looking ahead as Amy is releasing today as VOD and DVD world wide." He requested the audience not to upload any pirated copies of this movie and save his producers in doing so. "Pl don't upload or visit pirated websites and save my producers Prasad Kunisetty and Ramesh Nuti who believed in me and invested huge amounts into the making of this movie...". VOD(Video On Demand) is a huge market in the US and one of the way of viewing in US, VOD is still in infant stage in India. We wish all the success to him with his first Hollywood project.

Recently, there were reports that the audio rights of the movie have been acquired by Times Music for a fancy price. The movie has been able to create a lot of buzz for all the good reasons. The movie is expected to be a full length comedy entertainer with some exceptional action sequences. The production team is hoping that Vishnu-Brahmanandam partnership, which worked out outstandingly, will do the same again for the best results of this movie. Manchu Vishnu and Lavanya Tripathi are the lead pair of this movie that is directed by Veeru Potla and produced by Mohan Babu under their home banner '24 Frames'. After a small gap, the shooting of the Allu Arjun's 'Race Gurram' will be starting from the 5th of this month. The movie is being directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Nallamalapu Bujji. The movie features Allu Arjun & Shruthi Haasan as the lead pair with Saloni has been roped in to play a crucial role in the movie. The movie has already finished couple of foreign shooting schedules and recently it has been shot in Hyderabad. The audio of the upcoming multi-starrer featuring, 'Victory' Venkatesh & 'Energetic Star' Ram, is reported to be released on 13th of this month. The official announcement is being awaited on this news. The movie is a remake of super hit Hindi movie, 'Bol Bachchan', featuring Ajay Devgan & Abhishek Bachchan. In this remake, Venkatesh & Ram will be reprising the roles of Ajay Devagan & Abhishekh Bachchan from the original Hindi movie. The movie has been known in the Tollywood circles with the working title of 'Masala'. Vijaya Bhaskar is directing this movie while it is being made jointly by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore and Suresh Babu. Anjali and Shazahn Padamsee are the female leads in the movie playing alongside of Venkatesh and Ram resepctively. The shooting of the movie has been completed recently and it is also expected to be release in the last week of this month.

We have reported couple of days back that the climax scenes of '1-Nenokkadine' will be shot in Bangkok during the present schedule of the movie. And according to the latest news some boat chase sequences are being shot in and around popular & luxurious Krabi beach in Bangkok. These sequences are said to be the part of cliamax scenes of the movie. The present Bangkok schedule is also expected to be a long one just as the 60-day long U.K schedule that the team has wrapped up in August. As we have been reporting that even though the movie is slated for a release during the next 'Sankranthi' season, the team is been relentless in their efforts to finish the shooting as early as possible primarily to avoid unforeseen delays and also to make way for the other projects of Mahesh Babu to be started.
Kriti Sanon is the female lead in this movie and Mahesh Babu's son is making his acting debut with this movie, playing the childhood scenes of hero character of the movie. The movie is being directed by Sukumar and produced by 14 Reels Entertainment. Devi Sri Prasad will be providing the audio of the movie.
