Sri Ram and Sita are a happy couple who care for each other a lot. Sri Ram is a simple man who enjoys the simple pleasures of life. Sita's younger sister, Prema, is a college student who moves in with her sister and her brother-in-law. Sri Ram has always been fond of Prema but starts developing feelings for her as time grows. Prema tries to politely brush him off but Sri Ram's antics get out of hand. Prema starts feeling very uncomfortable as she doesn't want to tell her sister and ruin her marriage and at the same time, she doesn't want to tell her father as she's worried that he might just kill Sri Ram. So, Prema calls her older brother-in-law, Gopalam, from Burma to help her teach Sri Ram a lesson. The duo start to play tricks on Sri Ram and make him believe that Gopalam and Sita have an affair going on. This completely blows away Sri Ram's mind and he starts getting a little edgy. The funny antics continue until the end where Sri Ram realizes how much he actually loves and respects his wife and stops pestering his sister-in-law, Prema.
