Bharat a bank cashier falls in the bad books of local MLA Tripathi when he refuses to let him set up an office in his home. Bharat needlessly gets dragged into a case of a stolen fan when a police constable informs him about the alleged robberry. After greasing the palms of the police and the witnesses he finally gets possession of his fan.
