Gireesam (Krishna Bhagwan) is a do gooder dedicated to social service. He happens to meet Madhuravani (Ramya Krishna), an advocate fighting for woman’s issues, and the two fall in love. However, the alliance is opposed by Madhuvarani’s dad as he is jobless. Gireesam learns that Sastry is being cheated by a person called Lakshmipati (Sandesh), who marries women for dowry and either divorce them or kills them. So, Madhuravani and Gireesam chalk out a plan to teach him a lesson. The outcome of this and whether Gireesam and Sastry get together form the rest of the movie.
