Kamini Gupta (Manisha Koirala) and Vinod Gupta (Rajat Kapoor) with their two children are happy family. Vinod, a CEO of multinational corporate keeps very busy and has no time for the family. On the wedding anniversary too, he is unable to make it leaving Kamini all alone. A young photographer, Jatin Pandey (Karan Nath) gives her company. He takes her pictures, they dine and dance together. In the morning when she wakes up she finds herself in Jatin�s bed.
