The movie is based on biggest evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during Iraq - Kuwait war. The movie is about story of Ranjith Katyal (Akshay Kumar). He is a powerful business tycoon who makes his living in Kuwait. He is married to Amrita Katyal (Nimrat Kaur). He always thinks himself as a 'Kuwaiti' more than an Indian. His life was lavish and luxurious until Iraq invades Kuwait. The whole scenario changes for hi, as he finds out no one has command over Iraqi soldiers. One of the Iraqi major offers an escape route for Ranjit and his spouse. But he declines saying that he cannot leave his fellow Indians at stake. And he transforms into a Kind hearted leader. He contacts Indian embassy and seeks help. Along with other Indians, he faces lots of odds and he travel thousands of Kilometers to cross Jordan border. What happens next is a thrilling tale of emotions and events.
