Kind hearted bank manager, Kailash Nath, is very friendly to Shankar Dayal Khurana, the watchman of the same bank. Kailash Nath arranges the marriage of Kishan with Shankar's daughter, Sanam. Every thing works smooth until one fine day the bank gets robbed. The police suspects Kailash Nath and sentenced him to 12 years in prison.
