Gumadi plays a mean land lord in the movie, Ranga Rao has a daughter played by the sensational actress Savithri. They come to the village whre Gummadi stays and take his help to give them a piece of land they can cultivate. Gummadi cheats them and gives them an unworthy land... They realize that and with the help of Nageswar Rao they get back at Gummadi. The film is quite witty and the things they do to get their money back is awesome.
