When he was a child, Balu (Kalyanram) was orphaned due to a car accident. His relatives didn't want to look after him and so, he had to grow up in a hostel, away from familial attachments. Unaffected by the painful phase of his life, Balu becomes a positive-minded youngster who always itches to give love to others. He, in partnership with his friends, establishes a company that "supplies" lovely people to needy ones. In the process, Balu locks horns with a sand mafia goon, played by Rajeev Kanakala.
