Former Miss World , Aishwarya Rai was honored the second highest civilian French award, “the Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters” by the French Government, in Mumbai on Thursday. It also was her birthday on that day.
Aishwarya turned 37 on Thursday. Her brother Aditya along with his wife Srima and son Vihaan were also present ant the event.
The entire Bachchan and Rai family with baby bachchan was present at the event, including superstar Amitabh.

Do you think sonakshi sinha chooses her roles on the basis of her look in the film? Then your wrong as the actress denies it by saying she gives importence to character.
"I don't choose my roles based on my character. I have liked the characters and situations of the film, for the roles i have choosed till date. If I get to play a character who will wear western clothes and if I am comfortable, I will do it," Sonakshi told in a group interview.
She was introduced as a village belly girl in her first movie 'Dabang' and as a Desi girl in 'Rowdy Rathore' Now she plays a role of 'punjabi Girl' in her next release 'Son Of Sardaar'.
So far people have appreciated her as desi avatar and she did all similar roles .But now she is open and wants to play different roles.

"Masti" DTS Works Completed
The upcoming movie under the banner of Fullmoon Pictures 'Masti', which has Sushma, Deekshapanth, Nagia, Rekha, Madhubala acting in lead roles, has completed it's DTS works. P.V.Nagesh & Ravi.K.Punnam are producing the movie. While talking to media, one of the producer P.V.Nagesh has said that the movie is coming with an interesting & good concept of 5 girls, how they got back some lost hours of time in their life?, how the rich girls live life lavishly & enjoy their lives?. According to him, after seeing audio posters buyers(distributors) has shown good interest in the movie, and the buyers are also confident that this movie is going to bring some good profits to them in the times when it is difficult even to release a low-budget films. And Director Chacha said that the movie contains all the commercial elements needed to be successful at the box office. He also said that this movie will particularly attract youth as it is made with keeping them in mind. Some of the crew for the movie are; Camera: Gopinath, Music: Vijay Kurakala, Co-producer: Pradeep Kumar, Producers: P.V.Nagesh Kumar & Ravi.K.Punnam, and Story-Screenplay-Direction: Chacha.
