It seems that the present turmoil in the state over the bifurication of the same is starting to have an impact not only on the general public but on Telugu Film Industry. Already the big budgeted movies like Ram Charan's "Yevadu" & Pawan Kalyan's "Atharintiki Dharedi" were post-poned once and going by the reports the movies especially Ram Charan's "Yevadu" is almost confirmed to have another post-ponement in its release date. And unofficially reports predicting that October 4th will be the new release date. Since this news is yet to be confirmed we suggest our readers to take this with a pinch of salt.
"Yevadu" features Ram Charan, Shruthi Haasan & Amy Jackson in the lead roles whereas it is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju. Allu Arjun & Kajal Agarwal will be playing guest roles in the movie. The movie is reported to be a thriller.

According to the latest reports, the first look of Nagarjuna's "Bhai" is all set to be unveiled on Friday 9th August in Hyderabad. The director of the movie, Veerabhadram has informed the media about this development. The movie is in the last stages of its shooting and the post-production works have already started. Richa Gangopadhyay is the female lead of the movie. Veerabhadram Chowdary, previously directed movies like 'Aha Na Pellanta'(Allari Naresh) & 'Poola Rangadu'. The movie is said to be a right mixture of comedy, action & sentiment, making it a good full length mass entertainer. Nagarjuna is also reported to be playing a full length mass character in the movie.Nagarjuna himself is producing this movie under his own banner 'Annapurna Studios', while Devi Sri Prasad is the music director. Nagarjuna with his father Dr.Nageswara Rao is also going to join another project them, 'Manam' from Thursday August 8th.

The team of upcoming 'Akkineni' family multi-starrer movie will be joined by Dr.Akkineni Nagewswara Rao and his son Nagarjuna very soon. This 'Akkineni' family multi-starrer is already given a name 'Manam' and it is being directed by Vikram Kumar. The movie is being produced by Nagarjuna himself under his home banner Annapurna Studios. The movie also Naga Chaitanya while Shriya Saran & Samantha are roped in to play the female lead roles in the movie. Shriya Saran will be playing a role opposite Nagarjuna and Samantha will be playing a role opposite Naga Chaitanya. The shooting of the movie has been done at brisk pace so far and it is being prepared for a release in the later part of this year. Anup Rubens will be providing the music to the movie.

Jagapathi Babu, who started his career as a family hero then turned into a romantic hero with few movies, will now become a Villain for the upcoming movie of Balakrishna. This news is confirmed by Jagapathi Babu himself in a press conference. He said that since his last few movies have done very badly at box office he is taking a concious effort to plan his future(movie wise) more carefully. He also termed this opportunity to play villain character opposite to Balakrishna is like a rebirth or reboot to his filmy career. He also said that the movie & its story has lot of substance and he will be seen in three different getups spanning three different generations. He added that he will be undergoing a substantial changes to his body languages. When asked about his 'Family Hero' image & ladies fans, he conceded that some of them will be sad but he hopes that every body accepts him in new role, as the decision to play the role is taken in the best interests of protecting his career.This upcoming project will be directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by 14 Reels Entertainment along with Sai Korrapati. Devi Sri Prasad is choosen to be the music director of this movie and the shooting is already underway. The movie is slated for a release during the Sankranthi season of next year.

After providing a new breath of life to Ravi Teja's career, which was going down fast, with 'Balupu', young director Gopichand Malineni is all set to team up with Allu Arjun. This is officially confirmed by Gopichand Mallineni himself and the project will be produced by Dil Raju. Speaking to the media, Gopichand Mallineni has said that the movie will be a commercial entertainer. He also revealed that he was offered to direct a movie by Dil Raju while he was working as an Assistant Director for the movie 'Kantri'. But he was not able to move forward with that offer back then but finally got a chance to direct a movie with Dil Raju as the producer. He also added that the story and screenplay for this movie will be provided by Tamil director Murugadoss.Allu Arjun is presently busy with the shooting of 'Race Gurram' and he also has various other projects lined up for him, one of them is under the direction Harish Shankar which is set to roll out to the sets as soon as Harish Shankar finishes his present project 'Ramayya Vastavayya'.
