The upcoming star of Tollywood, Sundeep Kishan, is coming up with number of new movies and one of them is 'Venkatadri Express'. Rakul Preeti Singh is accompanying him by playing the female lead role in this movie, which is being made by Gemini Kiran. The producer of this movie, Gemini Kiran, has earlier made super hit movies like 'Anthapuram', 'Nuvvu-Nenu', 'Avunu Validharu Ishtapadaru' & 'Gopika Godavari'. Merlapaka Gandhi is being introduced as the director with this movie. In a press conference held by the production team, the director, Merlapaka Gandhi, has said that the movie has come out well and happy with the response the audio & trailers of the movie got from the audience. With that momentum, he said they are planning to release the movie on 29th, November.

Along with the lead actors, Sundeep Kishan & Rakul Preet, many prominent actors like M.S.Narayana, Jayaprakash Reddy, Brahmaji, Nagineedu, Prudhvi, Tagubothu Ramesh and other are playing some important roles in this movie. Ramana Gogula is providing the music for this movie.
