The 60thBritannia Filmfare Awards 2014 rocked the YRF Studios

News - The 60thBritannia Filmfare Awards 2014 Rocked The YRF Studios The laughter machine Kapil Sharma and the debonair Director Karan Johar hosted the 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards 2014, held at yrf  Studios, Andheri.  Together they provided an effervescent camaraderie and sparkling wit that kept the audience spellbound.  The stars decked up in their best ensembles sashayed down the red carpet to witness the much awaited awards ceremony.  This time, our rotary of performers included Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. Salman danced to a medley of his 2014 hits as did Ranbir, who boogyed to hits like Badamteez dil, Balampichkari and Dilliwali girlfriend. Varun paid homage to the disco hits down the years like yesteryears’ rage Disco dancer to today’s Saturday Saturday. Alia danced to a medley of hits from 2014 Queen’s Hungama ho gaya to Drama queen hai from Hasee Toh Phasee. Arjun Kapoor did the same for songs like India wale from Happy New Year and Tharki chokro, PK. Shraddha swung to her hits like Dance basanti and Teri galliyan. All this razzmatazz was juxtaposed by the opening of winner envelopes and handing over of the Black Lady to the jubilant winners. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to our first cover girl, Kamini Kaushal, for her pioneering as well as long-lasting contribution to Indian Cinema.
