Uppena (2021) Rayanam (Vijay Sethupathi) is a village elder who is determined not to lose his dignity. His daughter Bebamma alias Sangeetha (Kriti Shetty) has been in love with Aashi (Aashirvadam) since childhood. Rayanam knows that Aashi will turn around and tries to seduce Bebamma. With that, Aashi and Bebamma run away to Puri, Kolkata. But one day Ashi hands over Bebamma to Rayanam. Why did Aashi stay away from Bebamma, whom she loved more than her life? How Bebamma reacted to Ashi. What kind of decision did Bebamma make after leaving Aashi. How did Rayanam reacted to this? The story of the surge film is the answer to the question of what is the reason for Rayanam to oppose love.  .

Uppena` is a predictable story line but told with a grand packaging, attractive cast, magical music and rich visuals!. The film`s 1st half is especially good but the 2nd half loses a bit of steam in the middle but the ending makes up for it. On the whole,.

Debutante Buchi Babu’s direction is decent. Despite being this is his debut film, he has shown command over extracting best from the crew and the cast. He needs to be applauded for his dialogue in the climax part played on a Shiva's idol with a broken h.

Uppena is a rustic tale that is decently packed with fantastic music, romance and action. The second half has predictable path but climax scores good. Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty make a dream debut with Uppena which will have a decent box-office run..

Having said all, Uppena rides high on emotions with love at the centre stage. The end justifies the means. Bebamma and Rayanam’s emotional climax thugs heartstrings. It is a decent climax. On the whole, Uppena is watchable. Kudos to the producers for th.

Uppena’ mostly depends on the new pair’s chemistry, the excellent musical track, and the visuals. With predictable story and regular narration, its momentum dips at many places, but the climax portion tides over in its favor. It may work with its targ.

On the whole, Uppena is a film that tells a pure and rustic love story. There’s no doubt that the love story will charm all and sundry. Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty impress big time on their debut, wherein Buchi Babu must be appreciated for his guts. .

On the whole, Uppena is a moving love story with an impressive star cast. Amazing songs, a fresh pairing and gritty drama are basic assets for this film. Though the story is a bit routine and parts of second half gets dull, the decent narration and hard h.
