All said and done, people after watching this are going to ask Sidharth Malhotra, “Yeh Dil maange more!” But this reminds me of another Pepsi slogan, “Mera number kab aayega?” because this is a Sidharth show all the way. As Captain Vikram Batra's mortal remains are brought in to Palampur and a gun salute accorded to him, we see Dimple collapsing in front of the pyre. She is in a red dupatta. Somewhere in your head, Jasleen Royal's voice plays on, "Chup Maahi Chup Hai Ranjha / Bole Kaise Ve Na Ja..." It is time to wipe the tears.. (read more...)

On the whole, SHERSHAAH is a well-made war saga that is sure to make your heart swell with pride and your eyes moist. Sidharth Malhotra delivers the finest performance of his career in this film which would have been a huge box office hit had it been released in cinemas. It releases just around Independence Day and hence, it’s sure to get very good viewership. Recommended!. (read more...)
