Aata Srikrishna (Siddharth) grows up watching films playing in the theatre in which his father works as a movie-projectionist in a village. Satya (Ileana) is harassed by Vicky (Munna) - son of a politician (Jaya Prakash Reddy)- who wants to marry her. Satya escapes from home and Srikrishna falls in love with her the first time he meets her. As the goons and police chase Satya, Srikrishna protects her and drops her in the house of the politician. He wins Vicky’s confidence. Then, he plays a one sided game with him. At the end, the police that were working with Vicky turn against him and arrest Vicky and his parents. Satya and Srikrishna get married..

Aata can be a time pass movie. We hope M S Raju comes up with a better and original script next time. But people who have seen Gudumba Shankar would surely disappoint with this..

Trust us, watching the movie is like having a joy ride. The second half brightens up the movie. Though there are plenty of moments of ordinariness in the movie it's an entertaining movie. Even some of the jokes are straight lift outs from Mr Beans. And t.

All performances are decent, though nothing stands out. The film has some life in the second half, but unless you really need to watch everything that has some life in the second half, you can skip this one..

The plus points are entertainment and songs. The negative points are lack of emotions and unimpressive climax. We have to wait and see how common audience receive this film..
