Paandu Paandu (Jagapati Babu) is a jack of all trades with helping nature. He is very much impressed with a TV anchor Anjali (Sneha), who donates her earnings for the cause of children with heart ailments. Anjali is also a good dancer. This way, Paandu becomes her ardent fan. Home Minister Bhagwan (Sayaji Shinde), given to womanizing, takes a look at Anjali while dancing at a function. But, Anjali rejects his advances. Bhagwan sees that Anjali is put behind bars on a false case of drug trafficking. Nobody comes to her rescue, but only one man – That is Paandu, her ardent fan. How he exposes evil deeds of the villain and proves the innocence of Anjali (and also how he wins her heart) forms the climax..

Sneha remains silent most of the time, except when she is asked to dance. She is a victim of the minister. That is all. Jagapathi Babu is the victor and hence he takes the most of the drama. Both are routine roles, with Jagapathi Babu again looking a bit .

The film's highlights are Krishna Bhagavan, M S Narayana and the other comic crew. Venu Madhav has a meaningless role though he puts his usual enthusiasm into it..

Pandu is about the eponymous hero Pandu (Jagapathy Babu) and his love with TV show anchor Anjali (Sneha).Trouble comes in the form of a rogue politician who has a covetous eye on Anjali. When she rebuffs him, she is jailed on a foisted charge. So steps in.
