Manasara (2010)
Vikram (Vikram) is a middle-class guy whose father is transferred to a remote place called Rajapalayam in Kerala. The villagemen of Rajapalayam prefer staying in the old times by not welcoming the new technologies. He falls in love with the local girl Anjali (Sri Divya). Anjali is tormented by her father and pinni. Vikram keeps helping her anonymously. Krishnan Kutty (Bhanuchandar) is the landlord of the place where Vikram resides. Kutty keeps helping Vikram in his quest for love. The rest of the story of the film is about what motivates Kutty to help Vikram and how Vikram wins his love against all odds. .

The masses don't have much to get entertained and the classes don't get enough substance to be impressed. At the box office, the outcome is likely to be disappointing.
Verdict: Nice idea, Poor execution!

Overall, the film focused well on technical aspects but was lacking conviction and connection with the audience. At the box office, scoring a hit will be very difficult.

The first half was repetitive and the film gains momentum only in the second half but then there is a drag in the climax and by that time, the audience is twiddling their thumbs in boredom.
Bottomline: Jayam+ Bloodsport+ Tammudu= Manasara.
