RathinirvedamRathinirvedam is the story of Bujji (Sreejith Vijay) , a bright young adolescent lad and his infatuation for Rathi (Shwetha Menon). Rathi and Bujji are neighbours and childhood friends. Their respective families are quite close as well. Because of this, Rathi is very close to Bujji and moves along with him without any inhibitions.
This is mistaken by Bujji as mutual attraction and his feelings turn to lust. He is rebuked by Rathi when he conveys his feelings to her, and she tries her best to avoid him. Friction develops between the families. But Bujji does not relent and he continues to pursue her. Does Rathi succumb to Bujji’s advances? What consequences does it lead to?.
Movies of this sort need either engaging drama or really steamy scenes to work. Sadly,Rathinirvedam has neither and does not have anything to offer to the audience. If you want to go gaga over Shwetha Menon, its better off to buy a DVD and enjoy in the co.
