Abcd - Any Body Can Dance (2013)
For Vishnu widely regarded as India's best dancer, dance is more than a passion - it's the reason he lives! So when he finds himself thrown out from the swish dance academy he himself set up by his manipulative business partner, it feels like the oxygen has been sucked out from the air he breathes. Heart-broken, Vishnu decides to give up dance and leave Mumbai forever. However the night before his departure he witnesses a most amazing sight - a group of dancers preparing for the upcoming Ganpati Dance Battle - an annual festival that pits Mumbai's best dance groups against each other. Watching the raw talent of these amazing dancers helps Vishnu arrive at a decision - he will take this disparate group under his wing, help them overcome their personal rivalries and past demons and turn them into India's best dance squad!.

he first half goes about with the layering of the plot and elements of drama and emotion. But the second half gets into full energy with some exceptional dance sequences. Overall, this is a film which suits the youngsters and those with interest on dance..

ABCD is a decent one-time watch if you excuse the clichés. If you are the kind that enjoy Dance India Dance and other reality shows, this one could be your perfect weekend watch. Also, the 3-D is mostly gimmicky, and the 2-D version will probably be just.

On the whole, ABCD is one film which has a total A to Z of dancing. A never before seen dance sequences and some out standing choreography are sure shot plus points. On the flip side, a boring and dragged out second half kills the flow of the film. Finall.

Is ABCD – Anybody Can Dance the Lagaan of dance? Not by a long chalk. Knowledge of the ABCD of choreography – of which there is no dearth at all in this film – certainly doesn't guarantee cinematic excellence and narrative grasp.here is a whole lot.
