Mr Medhavi Vishwaksen @ Vichu (Raja) is an orphan. Sankaram Master (Tanikella Bharani) brings him up and gives him education till high school studies. While he is in elementary studies, he happens to meet Swetha (Genelia), a girl from London, who visits the village. Vichu and Swetha become good friends. With the death of Sankaram Master, Vichu again turns orphan and struggles a lot to pursue higher studies. With his amazing intelligence, he starts earning money by doing favours to those, who are around him and completes his MBA. However, his memories with Swetha continue to haunt him. Vichu joins Sri Krishna Enterprises, a multi-national firm run by Krishna Kumar (Suman). Swetha returns to India and to Vichu's surprise, she is none other than his boss' daughter. Both of them realise each other and feel very happy. As Swetha plans to start a pharmaceutical company, Vichu manages to become the project manager of the firm. Vichu doesn't want to express his love and wants to use his intelligence to get the words I Love You from Swetha. At this juncture, Swetha tells him that she is in love with Siddharth (Sonu Sood). Siddharth conducts seminars to improve human relations in various firms. Swetha doesn't want to reveal her love to her parents and seeks the help of Vichu. Swetha invites Siddharth to their company to conduct a seminar. While participating in the seminar, Vichu realises the real meaning of life and the value of human relations. He realises his folly. However, in the climax, Swathi realises that Vichu is repenting. She reveals that it is all a drama and she really loves Vichu, but not the one, who is using his intelligence to meet his personal needs but a true and genuine Vichu. The film ends on a happy note with their union..

Mr. Medhavi is worth a watch if you want to believe that it's possible to get your way if you plot well enough. Indeed, Vishwaksen could have been a role model if they didn't choose to reform him. Like we at fullhyd.com always say, alas..
