Ram Leela (2013) Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela was initially titled Ram-Leela but was changed to Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela in response to an order by the Delhi High Court.Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela movie is a romantic-drama  said to be an adaptation of Shakespeare's epic love story Romeo and Juliet, set in violent times.Ram, the local village Romeo, is a colorful, charming yet dramatic vagabond whereas Leela is an unbridled and passionate village Juliet. The only thing in common between these two strangers is their families’ hatred for each other.The two communities have been sworn enemies since the past 500 years and their own kin falling in love with each other is worse than any storm that could have ever come. When Ram and Leela see each other for the first time, their worlds collide, wars are fought and destinies are written in blood, forever.Set in a land of guns, vengeance against a magnificent musical backdrop, Ram and Leela fight the world to live their own dreams. SLB incorporates plot twists to increase the momentum of the movie during the second half. That works as a double-edged sword for the movie’s pace since we all know what happens in the story of the great bard’s Romeo – Juliet and hence you consider .

Overall, ‘Ram-Leela’ has the decent ingredients for a colorful entertainer. However, if you are prepared for a slow and mediocre second half, then Ram-Leela is definitely worth a watch for its peppy music and sizzling chemistry between the lead pair..

The film has a lot of moments that stay with you, Ram and Leela's passionate attraction that draws them to each other is very well done and that's what makes the kissing scenes just a part of the big picture. It's well hyped and still surpasses all.

Bhansali creates a web of romance, hooliganism and rivalry, all woven beautifully and with great elan. Ram Leela is visually extravagant, sporting an amazing variety of colours, lighting and visual flair, showing off breathtaking and intricate dance seque.
