Heart Attack Varun (Nithiin) is a hippie who travels around and in that he reaches Spain. He doesn’t believe in relationships and relations.  His heart skips a beat when he sees Hayati (Adah Sharma) and all he wants is a kiss from her. For that, he starts wooing Hayati and though she hates him at first, some of his gestures make her like him and fall in love with him.  Finally, Hayati agrees to give Varun that kiss but she also puts a clause along with it. Whether Varun sticks to that clause or not forms the rest of the tale. - .

Heart Attack is one of the few Puri Jagan’s films where the characterization of hero is consistently and convincingly maintained from the first frame to last frame. It is also probably one of the few films where the entire story is set outside AP. Puri .

On the whole, Heart Attack is one film which will probably boost Nithiin’s career. An entertaining first half, and superb performances from Nithin and Adha Sharma will be loved by the youth. On the flip side, a routine and quite predictable second half .

Overall there is nothing new from Puri’s point of view and for all those who admire Puri for his energetic taking are to remain just half satisfied. The way climax and pre-climax scenes are conceived should have remembered us the madness and wacky attit.
