Boochamma Boochodu (2014)
Five years after a fire accident, Karthik (Shivaji) and Shravani (Kainaaz) happily married couple moves into the house. The two dead in the fire accident are around as ghosts and make life hell for the new couple. From the recorded videos’ Karthik starts searching for the secrets behind the ghosts. As the strange things happen in the house, the ghosts of the previous residents begin to possess the bodies of the living and plan on re-enacting the bloody revenge that took place five years back. Will couple survive from the ghosts? Who are Prabhakar and Senorita? forms the rest of the storyline..

Though Sivaji tries his best to salvage the film, it goes beyond his capacity to bail out this badly made film. In all, the film might interest people who enjoy cheap jokes.

If first half was concentrated more on Kainaj-Shivaji romance, second half brings in many characters to fill the two hour run time. The episode on Jabardasth team evaporated the real horror or thriller essence and made ‘Boochamma’ a far more silly fil.

Usually, 'Horror Comedies' work only when comedy & scary scenes are blended perfectly. Making things worse, 'Boochamma Boochodu' fails in both these aspects. The best part of this flick is its low production cost. Shivaji is on verge of adding yet another.

On the whole, Boochamma Boochadu has a novel concept, but it is the execution which completely falters. Kainaaz Motiwala’s striking performance, and a hilarious comedy episode in the second half, makes this film worth only a shot, if you have nothing el.
