Jaguar (2016)
Krishna(Nikhil) is a simple medical college student who is behind some crazy murders of high profile people in the medical business. He targets these businessmen and starts killing them by wearing a disguise called Jaguar.
The police appoint a CBI officer(Jagapathi Babu) to nab Krishna but he too fails in doing so each and every time. Why is Krishna doing all these murders ? What is his motto ? and what does the disguise Jaguar have to do with the entire set up ? That forms the rest of the story..

To be fair, despite not having good looks to qualify as a hero Nikhil Gowda scores on ease and dances.
The film does have somewhat an engaging first half. On the whole, "Jaguar" is a formula film with the lack luster narration.
Bottom-line: Not Jagu.

The film Considering the Routine Content has scope to do at-least decently only in B& C Centers. But this may not make much impact on the whole with huge competition from tomorrow..

'Jaguar' is an action-drama that reeks predictability. The college campus scenes lack zing. Comedy falls flat. A hero who can do great stunts doesn't have an exciting villain to conquer. Flashback episodes in second half are a plus. Visually commendable..

First half is alright despite the mediocrity. Second half tests your patience with template scenes and pale comedy. Only bright spot is the lengthy chase sequence that has been executed very well. Jaguar is a routine revenge drama that lacks freshness. Sa.

On the whole, the movie has an interesting plot, which is let down by flat second half and some silly scenes. Production values and some thrills lift the movie. Tamannaah's item song is a big plus. But with Dusshera competition, it is too hard to survive .
