Antham (2016)The story is about a happy working couple Kalyan (Charan) and Vanitha (Rashmi Gautham) who reside in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, Kalyan leaves to his native place Vijayawada to cast his vote. On his return journey, his life totally changes by meeting a person named Sudarshan. A sudden entry by Vasudev into the movie puts Kalyan in a fix as Vasudev threatens to kill Kalyan’s wife. Therefore, Kalyan nods to whatever Vasudev tells. Why did the person target Kalyan? What did Kalyan do? Is the following story..
On the whole, Antham is basically made up of six scenes and one song and is stretched beyond imagination. The movie totally lacks in emotion and the screenplay is atrocious. Barring the misleading propaganda, the film barely has anything to make it appeal.
The movie has no elements to attract audience. The big question is, how come Reshmi accept such a movie. Money has to be the main reason. Sudarshan is wasted. Rashmi is wasted. In fact everything is wasted. The movie doesn't even have a single positive fa.
Overall this attempt of the whole team is waste of time and money. It is surprising to see upcoming artists signing such senseless movies which could cost them too much in future. It is true that people rush to this movie to watch Rashmi in her hottest av.
