Vishwaroopam 2 (2018)
The story continues from the first part as Wisam Ahmed(Kamal Haasan) successfully cheats his good friend Omar(Rahul Bose)a dreaded terrorist and helps the US army in defusing a deadly bomb in New York
Now, he is assigned another task in the UK and Wisam along with his wife Nirupama(Pooja Kumar) leaves for his mission. But to Wisam’s shock, Omar is still alive and has planned something big in India this time around. Rest of the story is as to how Wisam leads from the front and saves his country..

This sequel is choppy and clumsy. With incoherent script, uneven narration, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ falls flat. It is more like the leftover scenes from the first part were stitched together to make this. It turns out to be a dull sequel..

Audience who liked Vishwaroopam will be thoroughly disappointed with this pointless sequel. Even Kamal couldn't shine in this bizarre film that ends up in a mess. With Goodachari still in theaters action lovers has a far better option than Vishwaroopam 2 .

All in all, Vishwaroopam 2 is a dumb sequel to exceptional first part. Except for Afghan episode which was shot along with first part long back, nothing in the sequel is exhilarating. Better to skip this film even if you are a diehard Kamal Haasan fan..

Vishwaroopam2 is a disappointing sequel. 90 minutes stretched first half is a patience testing one, action episodes in this installment are of lesser scale compared to its 2013 installment. On a whole, this film is no match to its predecessor. Kamal Hassa.

Vishwaroopam 2` unlike its Part-1, largely is an underwhelming affair. The film takes a Back and Forth Screen-play route with Prequel episodes being some what better. Although most audience having got to know about the characters already is a disadvantage.
