Meghamala Oh Pellam Gola Sanjay (Santosh Pawan) is a general manager in advertisement agency. He falls in love with Madhuri who came to work with him. Suresh a company-managing director is also falls in love with her.  Aziz a rowdy tries to sell Meghamala (Tanuroy) to Arabs, she escapes from him and lands in the house of Sanjay. Aziz also comes there and threatens Sanjay to give shelter to Meghamala until they come and pick her up and surrenders to police who are after them. Following some scenes make every one believes that they are married couple. But when meghamala realizes the sanjay's love towards madhuri she tries to commit suicide. Finally who marries whom is the rest of the boring story..
