Yatra isn`t a Biopic to start with and limits itself to be an Event based film. It has enough highs to sustain audience interest till the end and gets highly emotional towards the end. This film is a Tribute to YSR and is probably not as appealing to thos.

All in all, Yatra has share of its goods and weak moments with loopholes in scripting and execution, lacked on emotions and drama. More importantly, showing Congress High Command as villains is a silly stuff. If you are a hardcore fan of YSR, you would lo.
