Gang Leader (2019)
A crazy bank robbery happens in Hyderabad and 300 crores are robbed. But after a while, an old lady(Lakshmi) forms a gang and approaches Pencil Parthasarathy(Nani), a crime novel specialist for help. Initially, Pencil ignores the gang but later decides to help them. Who are these women? What do they have to do with the bank robbery? Gang Leader is a revenge plot narrated with humor and emotions. It’s a straight-narrated film with a few mild twists. Plus points are Nani, actresses, humor and screenplay. On the flipside, the villain characterization should have been more impact-makin.

Gang Leader` is an Overstretched Revenge Comedy with a Predictable Narration. The 1st half of the film is passable but the 2nd isn`t packed with enough in it to be a Decent outing. It runs on a predictable note right from the beginning and the lack of pro.

Overall, Gang Leader is a decent family entertainer. Nani and Kartikeya gave their best, wherein technical team also put in good efforts. Loopholes in the story, sluggishness in the first half and over dose of drama are the major drawbacks..

On a whole, Gang Leader is an average film that couldn't live up to its expectations. A few fun moments and Nani's terrific performance are its strengths but the weaknesses outweigh these and leave the audience unsatisfied. Both the director and the actor.
