Aa Okkati AdakkuChitti Babu is a gentleman, who strongly believes on the stars and spends a lazy life. Rambha enters his life and forces him to marry. His father Royyala Naidu, by the force of his daughter agrees for the marriage on a condition that he should earn one lakh rupees before the first night, and in installments mode.
He starts cheating the people to earn money and give the same to his father in law. Royyala Naidu finds out that he is cheating people to earn money and insults his mother. There onwards he realizes the importance of money and life and he joins in a garment industry which is in loss and made that industry successful and earns 1 lakh rupee.
Finally lives happily with his new wife..

Rajendra prasad's performance as Atukula Chitti Babu stands as a role model for all those comedy heroes of Telugu industry. Rao Gopal Rao as Royyala Naidu excelled the character as the owner of a rich fishing factory.
