Rendu Rellu Aaru (2017)Ravi Kale and Naresh are blessed with a baby girl and a baby boy, respectively. But the new-borns are diagnosed with a congenital syndrome, due to which they are going to die at 22.
At this moment of personal tragedy, their selfish interest gets the better of them. Ravi and Naresh exchange their child for the other one under the pretext that their respective wives love a baby girl and a baby boy, respectively. Both Ravi and Naresh accept the deal, believing that the other child is healthy.
But their love for the biological child is intact. They choose to be neighbours, getting to share some emotional moments with the child in the neighbourhood at regular intervals. That's their life for now.
The fathers invite problems upon themselves when their children grow up to fall in love with each other (debutantes Anil and Mahima are the lead pair). The catch is that both Ravi and Naresh believe that only his child, who is growing with the other one, is going to die.
What happens when the youngsters come to know the truth about their destiny and actual biological fathers? That forms the crux of the climax..
