kathanam (2019) Anu(Anusya), an aspiring film director pens a script as per the requirement of her producers. movie is predictable. cinematography is good. editing is ok. story is bit weak in the second half. dhanraj got a good role in the movie. overall movie is average.

good job by anasuya. she lifted the movie with her acting. can watch the movie once.

this is drama and thriller movie. but there are not that good suspense in the movie. once the main twist reveled then movie is predictable. just watch the movie for anasuya acting. we can see vennela kishore , dhanraj and srinivas avasarala in the movie. if they have used srinivas avasarala correctly moive would have become hit movie.

should watch the film only for anasuya. movie is bit lagging. she is a writer who wants to direct a film. but the characters she created in the story were dying. this movie is all about that mystery of deaths. as anasuya is in main role she carried the movie. but some thing is missing in the movie. movie climax is predictable. but watch the movie for some twists.

kathanam.. director rajesh nadendla has done good job.first half of the movie is good. second half is lagging. editing is the minus point for the movie. there are unnecessary scenes in this movie which made movie lag. anasuya acting is good. good thriller movie. there are many twists in the movie. watch the movie for sure.
