Satyanarayana Murthy (Chiranjeevi), a rich landlord from Amalapuram, comes to Hyderabad to hunt down the killers of his niece. He lands in his friend's room (Venu Madhav) and soon falls in love with his neighbor Shailaja (Sameera Reddy) after dancing and singing two songs with her it is revealed that he has mission: to nab the killers. Pasupathi (Arbaaz Khan), an arms dealer settled in USA, kills the girl in his attempt to test his gun. Meanwhile, the Pasupathi gang kills a doctor who operated on Satyanarayana Murthys niece, when they come to learn that he told Murthy the truth. The doctor's daughter Neelima (Bhoomika) studies in USA and comes to India on vacation. Murthy finally makes an agreement with Neelima that she should pretend as his wife and take him to USA. The two land in USA and how hero takes his revenge is the rest of the film.
