Raju (Ravidranath) is an orphan. However, he had a kind heart. Ali Bhai (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who rose from the level of a beggar to a local mafia don rules the entire city. With the help of some other goons, he used to collect commission from the road-side hawkers and beggars at different junctions. He allocates each junction to one goon and Raju gets Krishna Nagar junction. Unlike any other junction, Krishna Nagar used to pay a hefty commission to Ali Bhai. Kanya Kumari (Naina), reaches the junction and starts selling coconuts without anyone’s permission. Though Raju tries to mend her, he could not do so and he develops a soft corner towards her. At this juncture, the government plans a metro rail project worth crores of rupees and the project route was fixed in a circular way. A prominent politician and ruling party (Dr Siva Prasad) of the area would lose a huge shopping complex, though it was on a benami name. The plan approved by the survey team would cause him loss to the tune of crores of rupees due to the metro rail project. If the plan has to be changed, it would be 10 km more distance and many junctions in the city would be affected making of hundreds of people jobless. An officer called Parthasarathy (Bhanuchander) did not allow the change in the route map. The MLA makes many attempts to lure Parthasarathy like bribe and by sending a girl to him. But all his efforts go waste. The opposition leader (Chalapati Rao) appreciates Parthasarathy for being stubborn and at the same time threatens that he would commit suicide if he succumbs to political pressure. Finally, the ruling party MLA approaches Ali Bhai and as per the plan, a goon called Shankar keeps a bomb in Parthasarathy’s car. As the bomb explodes, Parthasarathy and his wife die. However, their only daughter survives miraculously. With no hassles, the ruling party MLA manages to change the metro rail route. As a result, Krishna Nagar junction loses its shape with the demolitions taken by the officials. Unable to see his people scattered in the absence of the junction, Raju eliminates Shankar who kept the bomb in the car, Ali Bhai and also the ruling party MLA and restores the junction to its previous stage.
