Gautam (Prakash Raj), a movie Hero. He is always busy with the shooting work. He doesn’t have time even to spend leisurely with his daughter. Karthi (Sachin) has good aims in his life. He wants to do community service by becoming a journalist. He even gets a job as a Journalist. He starts for the office on the first day. Satyamurthy (Charan) is another story. He is a traffic constable. He is caught red-handed for taking bribe for the first time, for her sister’s marriage. However, he re-joins the job again with a recommendation. All these people meet at the traffic signal. In an unexpected situation, a car hits Karthi. He will be taken to the hospital. But, the doctors say that they cannot save his life. At the same time, an operation is being carried out for Gautam’s daughter. She will be alive, if her heart is transformed. In such a situation, Karthi family members agree to transform his heart to her. But the operation has to be done within 3 hours.
