Rambabu (Sivaji) gets shunted out from home by his sister and brother-in-law. Now on the streets, Rambabu joins the company of Autostar (Venu Madhav). Rambabu's requirement is to earn money for the marriage of his niece (sister's daughter). Autostar suggests him to don the role of a Rowdy to get wades of currency. Immediately, he becomes an imposter to a jailed rowdy Bullet Babu (Ramireddy), a dreaded name in old city. His area of operation is in the neighboring localities. He starts romancing with two girls ?
