Kamini Gupta (Manisha Koirala) and Vinod Gupta (Rajat Kapoor) with their two children are happy family. Vinod, a CEO of multinational corporate keeps very busy and has no time for the family. On the wedding anniversary too, he is unable to make it leaving Kamini all alone. A young photographer, Jatin Pandey (Karan Nath) gives her company. He takes her pictures, they dine and dance together. In the morning when she wakes up she finds herself in Jatin's bed.
