Bujji (Shashank) and Nani (Naresh) are fit for nothing wanderers. They land in situation to clear off Rs One Crore debt by hook or crook otherwise their fingers would be cut off by the rowdy gang. They change their identities and get job in a company called Underwear that is owned by Rajendra Prasad (Brahamanandam). On the other hand another man, the look-a-like of Rajendra Prasad (again Brahamanandam) is planning to kill off him and grab his company.
