Aadhi Lakshmi is action based movie in which, Lakshmi Vara Prasad (Vadde Navin) is a renowned criminal lawyer in the city. He falls in love with Surekha (Sridevi), a film heroine. Meanwhile Srikanth, Surekha’s childhood friend kills a producer who misbehaves with Sridevi and won't hesitate in taking her life either if she dares to marry someone else. Sridevi likes her childhood friend Srikanth and approaches Navin for getting him out the case. Navin proves that Srikanth has split personality disorder, in the court and gets him relieved from the murder charges. But when Navin learns the truth about Srikanth, he re-opens the case to save Sridevi from him.
