Magadheera is one of those movies which leave you spell-bound with the visuals, presentation, screenplay and emotional depth. No wonder, it was a runaway hit at the box-office.
Ram Charan Tej, suited the role well though he is not as perfect as his father Chiranjeevi in emotional scenes and could slightly improve his dialogue delivery. His performance is worth commending given that it was his second movie. Kajal is close to perfect as Mitravinda, Srihari is powerful. Brahmanandam and Sunil evoke a few laughs, though we would expect better comedy from him.
Rajamouli should be commended for beautifully narrating the story with excellent visuals (for a telugu cinema). M.M.Keeravani, does very good with music, though some of the tunes are copied from his old songs. Background music is also good.
There are a few illogical scenes here and there, but it can be excused given that it's a fantasy movie.
Watch it with a good sound system and a big enough screen and you will not regret it!
