Rani (Sheeba) a wealthy heiress lives with her father's friend, a rich stock broker. When Rani's uncle fixes her marriage with his business partner Kumar she escapes from home. While enjoying her 'Roman Holiday' Rani ends up on a lonely road without any money or spare clothes. Raja (Ravi Behl) finds Rani and they set upon their adventurous off road journey. Raja and Rani soon fall in love with each other. However, when Rani's uncle finds out about her affair he refuses to accept Raja. Will Raja be able to prove his worth for Rani?
