Kranti Kumar is honest police officer with a mission to maintain law and order for the sake of humanity. He is assigned to be the inspector of Rampur where he soon finds out that a ruthless man named Chowdhary rules Rampur in an autocratic manner. Chowdhary tries to bribe and intimidate Kranti to forget about being a good cop and join him in exploiting the villagers.
