Ganesh(Venkatesh) is an unemployed youth. His father (Kota) is a teacher. His friends Vasu(Sriram), Seenu(Sunil) and others settle well in various professions. This develops inferiority in him. Meanwhile Cupid plays the trick. He happens to see Keerti(Trisha) and love gives the inspiration to prove himself. As she is asoftware professional in Software Solutions Company, he too tries n lands in a job there. He comes to know the bitter truth that she got engaged to some other and feels dejected. Unable to see his pain, his father goes to speak with Keerthi. She reacts wildly and even slaps him. Later Ganesh's father dies.
